Please read these terms carefully before accessing the Money Bross console, mathematical simulators, and educational materials.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Money Bross website, interactive simulators, calculators, blog articles, and associated educational content (collectively, the "Platform"), you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

No Licensing or Advisory Relationship

Money Bross is strictly a personal finance education, research, and mathematical modeling platform.

Regulatory Compliance Declaration: We do NOT hold a capital markets services or financial advisers licence under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), nor do we provide regulated financial advisory, investment management, or brokerage services in Singapore or any other jurisdiction.

All information and calculations on this Platform are provided for general educational purposes only. No content on the Platform constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any security, commodity, token, or financial instrument. You should consult a licensed financial adviser or perform independent due diligence before making capital allocations.

Nature of Mathematical Simulations & CAGR Risk

The compounding simulators, wealth target engines, and backtesting metrics model purely hypothetical mathematical scenarios based on user-defined parameters or static historical trends.

Hypothetical Outcomes: Projections do not represent real-world portfolio performance. Real-world returns are subject to market volatility, transaction frictions, brokerage fees, taxes, and liquidity constraints.
No Performance Guarantee: Past mathematical performance of any asset class, model portfolio, digital token, index, or strategy is not indicative or a guarantee of future returns.
Mathematical Modeling: All calculations are provided "as-is" for testing mathematical hypotheses, not to predict real-world asset prices.

Platform Intellectual Property & Use License

Unless otherwise noted, all software code (including simulator algorithms, graphing configurations, and logic files), copy, illustrations, and design systems are the intellectual property of Money Bross.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-commercial license to access the Platform tools for educational research. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit our calculators or written essays without express prior permission.

Client-Side Computation Safeguard

To protect your personal financial privacy, all mathematical simulations are calculated locally inside your browser's memory. We do not store, log, or monitor your private financial inputs or calculator parameters on our servers.

While we protect your privacy on a technical level, you remain responsible for maintaining the physical and logical security of your own device when utilizing the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

MONEY BROSS, ITS FOUNDERS, AND CONTRIBUTING STRATEGISTS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, TRADING LOSSES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR CALCULATOR DOWNTIME.

YOU ACCESS THE SIMULATORS AND EDUCATIONAL ARTICLES ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. ALL TRANSACTIONS AND STRATEGY REPLICATIONS YOU CHOOSE TO EXECUTE IN CAPITAL MARKETS REMAIN SOLELY YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
